Welfare has been turned upside down. The role and methods of leader communication have taken on new meanings and dimensions. Safety becomes the first employer must consider it first. So what awaits us in 2020? I think each of us is getting used to the reality of our lives and the changes that must occur in HR and employer branding. So it’s time for strategic planning.
Adapt activities based on what we know but in a long-term and thoughtful way rather than Phone Number List ad hoc adjustments like last year when we were forced to do so. For me this year will be the year when the trends highlighted by the coronavirus deepen. The importance of effective lower-level communication and the role of leaders and employees in external communication will certainly increase. It also ensures better utilization of the technologies we have become accustomed to.

Now it’s time to make it hyper-personalized with onboarding and every other aspect. Digitalization accelerated by the pandemic will also allow for better HR analytics which is why I believe this will be one of the key trends of the year as well. That’s all, maybe not. The pandemic has changed a lot. Recruitment, communication, employer branding and every aspect of HR can list possible trends for the year. The pandemic has really taught us that reading the tea leaves may not be very effective.
